Motivation Monday


It’s one of my favorite days of the week, yes I know almost every other person hates Monday’s but I like to think of them as a “new” beginning, where you get to put actions into place that will get you further than the days of past. Putting yourself in the right mindset, setting goals, and preparing can all make the week smooth and full of accomplishments.

The other day I was watching a snapchat from Kevin Hart and firstly, I just want to point out that I think he’s one of the funniest people I’ve ever seen. Secondly he’s also very motivational (super fit and works hard to be in shape too!) I don’t know his whole life story, but I know he’s worked his booty off to get where he is today… and it seems to have been a long road that wasn’t always full of success. But he kept on keeping on. Now look at him, doing world tours… movies, the “move with hart” movement. It appears that the man has done a few things right!

It’s so important to keep your goals and dreams centered at the forefront of your heart and mind. I’ve restarted my fitness journey more times than I can count in the past, but I’m going on several months now of consistency and the fire in me only grows, I truly am enjoying the journey… and it’s a beautiful feeling. I’ll never regret the day I started down this path with my heart full of hope. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, just know that when you push past the fleeting moments of wanting to give up and keep going, that it really will pay off. It doesn’t mean you will see results tomorrow… or even next month. Just listen to the man (Kevin). Don’t stop! 🐯🙌🏽
