It’s Saturday and I just wanted to quickly say that any day or moment is the perfect time to workout. If you have 10+ minutes to check in with social media or sip your coffee (cause… First, coffee. Duh 😜) then a short workout can be squeezed in!
I had a rough week of battling some unknown lethargy and just not feeling well. (I think my cold/flu turned into an upper respiratory infection and it apparently really likes my body) but every time I gave my best effort to workout, I felt a million times better! Sometimes you just have to push yourself to the edge of where you think your limits are and then BAM! You’ve got this 🙌🏼
