Protein Smoothie

This week I really focused on increasing my protein intake. It plays such a crucial role in muscle building and the bodies ability to burn fat, and if I’m being honest I don’t think I get nearly enough considering how much I workout 😬 Aim to have a protein shake/smoothie within 30 minutes of weight training. 

I try to use whatever I have on hand for my protein smoothies, obviously this one is super common/simple but it’s definitely one of my favorites!

Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie


It’s delicious and not too sweet! I also love the flavor of the blend of coconut and almond milk.
