Given that today is friday, and everyone is stoked on that amiright?! Though I would do something “fun!”

Whatever you are doing, wherever you are, STOP βœ‹πŸΌ

Take a few minutes and complete the moves below!



 You can do this one time through for a quick pick me up (like after binge watching Netflix for hours!) or 3-4x through for more fit fun! 

Any moment is the perfect moment to move more! Do these moves and similar moves throughout the day to keep yourself moving, get more steps and keep your metabolism on it’s toes!
