Ever have one of those weeks where things could have been overwhelming and goals could have easily been forgotten? Well this week wasn’t one of them. Win! Between the quick one night/day trip back up to Seattle again on Monday night, to the two dentist appointments I had this week, plus all the other random stuff that pops up… there could have been lots of excuses and missed workouts (the excuses have been flying!) But I pushed passed them and haven’t missed a beat. Success!
