Fit Friday | Full Body Workout


Ever have one of those weeks where things could have been overwhelming and goals could have easily been forgotten? Well this week wasn’t one of them. Win! Between the quick one night/day trip back up to Seattle again on Monday night, to the two dentist appointments I had this week, plus all the other random stuff that pops up… there could have been lots of excuses and missed workouts (the excuses have been flying!) But I pushed passed them and haven’t missed a beat. Success!

Today I am sharing something a bit different for fitness Friday, the graphic is just too fun! Are you looking for a new workout routine, or want to change things up a bit?   • I just got back into town myself. This looks a bit more energetic than I usually do. I also have no idea what a sumo squat is. I’ve started to get back into shape by walking. I’ll probably walk more later today after I catch up with my work. Aerobics starting Monday when I get things organized.

    • Hi, thanks for stopping by! You can always lower the reps or time spent on each move πŸ‘πŸΌ A sumo squat is just a squat done with legs wider than hip distance and toes turned slightly out. Walking is a great way to get to get in exercise too, glad it’s been working well for you 😊
