Want to know the way to my heart? Yup… it’s through my stomach! Kris and I are huge foodies, we love spending a night in cooking up decadent meals, or finding a new restaurant in town (We do live in Portland Oregon after all!).

One of the best parts of my fitness journey has been learning how to eat in a different way than I did before. I eat to fuel my training rather than eating because something sounds, looks, and smells good. I know what my body needs, and what doesn’t work… fortunately because we are foodies, it’s been super fun to learn how to cook healthy foods without having boring meals!
